Donating to derby REMAP

Attached are updated forms for: Donating to Derby REMAP.

If you are printing on A4 then the A4 2xA5 version will give exactly what is says. It needs to be printed in landscape, so some printers may shift the margins to accommodate dead space.

The A5 version will print a single copy on A5 paper.  If it is printed on A4 paper, then the printer driver will usually accommodate this and print the whole thing larger on the A4 paper – perhaps with some adjustment in the settings.
